Refund Policy
The Refund Policy Rules are as follows:
- Time frame for refunds – refunds will be processed with 24hrs.
- Requirements for eligibility – Cancellation must be done 7 days before reservation date in order to receive a full refund, any cancellation made less than 7 days will attract charges.
- How refunds are processed- Refunds will be processed via wire transfers.
